WHAT IS GOOD LUCK CRICKET?
We are an Asheville, NC website that hosts pages for three unsigned musical acts! In 1995 Wayne Robbins and Sean Robbins formed a band called E-Machine in Boone, NC. After their drummer faked an injury to get out of playing a show, they became G-Machine. After relocating to Asheville, NC they changed their name to Good Luck Cricket and released two homegrown albums, Good Luck Cricket 1 and Good Luck Cricket 2. In 2002, Wayne formed Wayne Robbins & The Hellsayers with Jeff Whitworth. In 2003, Sean formed Nevada with Kevin Stanford and Vickie Burick. Good Luck Cricket thus became an Asheville website/homepage to house these two projects. We added George Glass because we liked his music and he had nowhere else to go. Good Luck Cricket is not a record label!
